Terms of Service

1~ Digital/Traditional: Pieces can be done digitally or traditionally. If done traditionally, the piece will be laminated + mailed to you. Please check my status to see which of these options are open! Every digital drawing will have a simple colored/design background, and every traditional drawing will have a simple design/color backing paper. However, I have thicker/predesign backing paper that may cost extra if that is preferred.

2~ Updates/DMs: You may ask for any updates as needed for your commission. I just ask to please not bombard me with messages or spamming. I will try to send a photo of each of the following: the sketch, the lineart, the flat coloring, and the final piece. Any other photos can be requested for, but please refer to the first half of this TOS.

3~ Commission Adjustments: I will make any minor changes to the sketch until you are satisfied with the drawing. I won’t change anything major (such as species, poses, major additions, etc.) though. Still, always feel free to ask me if you're wondering!

4~ What I'll Draw: I am currently most comfortable drawing feral/animal-like characters and creatures. Anthro characters are still in practice but I am still willing to work with them. Check my profiles as well as my portfolio to get a feel of what I can draw best. View my price sheet to see what may up the price and count as a “complex OC”

5~ Payment Plan and Refunds: Payment is upfront. For works 100 USD or more, a payment plan of 50% upfront and the rest between then and the color stage (before I begin flats) is okay. Full refunds prior to me sending the sketch image, 50% refund between sketch pictures and flat color pictures, no refunds after flat color images have been sent. I will discuss these topics in cases of emergency.

6~ Payment Type: Preferably through CashApp or Venmo. PayPal has had many issues and I would rather not use this option. However, I will still take it if the commissioner wishes to do so or for currency differences. Snailmail is available for US residents. If you send snail mail, please put your username inside the envelope so I know who sent it to me.

7~ Declining a Commission: I reserve the right to decline a commission due to requesting: adult topics if the commissioner is a minor, hateful/political topics, pedophilia or nsfw cub, bestiality or nsfw feral, mental illness topics(suicide, self harm, etc.), heavy pornography, uncomfortable fetishes(feel free to ask!!), etc.

Adult topics would include: heavy gore, tasteful nudic pieces, smoking, drinking, depictions of being high/drunk/etc., using drugs, suggestive clothing on or positioning of OC, etc.
- These don't require ID, just please adhere to the TOS if you're a minor and don't hide your age from me to commission topics such as the ones above.

NSFW/pornographic adult topic drawings must require ID to commission from me (18 or older)
- A picture of you, your ID, and your username must be taken
- All I would need on your ID is your DOB and face, the rest can be scribbled out in the pic if you wish to do so
- The picture needs to be clear/non blurry so I can see clearly

8~ Mail Concerns: I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. (If you haven’t received your piece, check your local post offices and check with your neighbors. It may be in one of those places)

9~ Turn Around Times: The artwork can be completed anywhere between a few days to a few weeks, depending on how busy I am. I am always willing to talk in DM about the turn-around-time if I have other projects/work that I am in the process of completing.

10~ After Artwork Completion: Once you have received the drawing, you may do whatever with it except; sell it for higher than what you paid for and claim the artwork as your own(as in, saying you drew it when you didn’t) Also please do not damage or shame my artwork in any way. I, like many other artists, pour my heart and soul into each piece for you to love and enjoy. I would hate for it to be intentionally destroyed or degraded.

11~ Commissioner Behavior: I reserve the right to stop/hold off a commission due to rude/poor customer behavior/attitude. Respect isn’t one-sided. So please be kind. I am only a human being, just like you.
